摘 要:

植物谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSTs)是一类广泛存在于植物中的多功能蛋白, 参与调节植物次生代谢、解毒和防御等。深入研究GSTs在类黄酮累积中的作用, 对于揭示植物类黄酮累积的调控机制具有重要意义。本文主要从GSTs的分类出发, 对近年来不同类别GSTs在类黄酮累积中的作用进行了综述。

Abstract:

Glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) belong to a family of abundant and multifunctional enzymes participated in the regulation of secondary metabolism, detoxification and defenses. Extensive analysis of the roles of plant GSTs in flavonoid accumulation will provide deeper insights into the regulatory system of plant flavonoid. This paper reviews the recent advances in different GSTs involved in flavonoid accumulation from the point of view of classification and functional analysis, which will promote a better understanding of the underlying mechanism.
